Last year was a big one for singer-songwriter Charlie. After co-producing an updated version of the National Day Parade theme song, he held his first solo concert in Singapore and performed at Summer Sonic music festival in Tokyo. He also released his new record Check-Hook, three years after his critically acclaimed double EP Time/Space, which topped the iTunes Singapore chart and has more than 2.5m plays on Spotify.
