Phakin Khamwilaisak has shone in a number of sitcoms and musicals, and broke into the world of philanthropy when he became the first Asian UN Sustainable Ocean Ambassador in 2018. For his most recent fundraising project, One Man and the Sea, he was planning to swim between 12 islands to raise awareness of ocean plastic pollution, but it has been temporarily put on hold by Covid-19.
