Armed with a good sense for sniffing out business opportunities, Joel Neoh established himself early on as a startup prodigy by launching his first startup at the age of 20. By age 24 he founded Youth Asia, a social technology company known for the spearheading technology startups, including YouthSays, before serving as CEO and vice president of Groupon Asia Pacific. Joel has since left his role at Groupon to found KFit, a platform that connects users to fitness studios, classes and gyms across Asia Pacific. Neoh also founded Fave, a platform that has helped middle-class SEA consumers save over RM600 million on daily necessities in addition to leisure and travel. Along the way, he has accumulated numerous accolades including the 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Emerging Entrepreneur category in Malaysia; was named as one of Asia's Top 10 entrepreneurs; and a Young Global Leader by World Economic Forum in 2013. For his work with Fave, Joel received Asia’s 2018 Top CEO Of The Year Award at the 2018 Asia CEO Summit & Award Ceremony held in Singapore.
