Gan Guoyi

Singapore has a thriving cocktail culture to speak of and it is thanks in part to acclaimed cocktail bar Jigger & Pony, and the visionaries behind it. For its co‑founder, Gan Guoyi, who started the brand with her husband Indra Kantono, the main game is to keep tipplers coming back. Having flown with Singapore Airlines as a flight attendant for five years, she knows better than most about the importance of good hospitality. Guoyi is also the founding president of the Singapore Cocktail Bar Association, which was established during the coronavirus pandemic to provide funds and other support to Singapore's cocktail bars.
