Make this Ground Beef Roll that is great for your lunch and dinner. Check the ingredients and follow the preparation instructions.


  • 500g ground meat (can be beef, pork or a mix)

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 ovo

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Parsley and chives to taste, chopped

  • 200g sliced ​​ham

  • 200g sliced ​​mozzarella cheese

  • Oregano to taste

  • Aluminum paper

  • Olive oil for drizzling

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Place the ground beef on a flat surface, forming a rectangle approximately 1 cm thick.
  • Arrange the slices of ham and cheese over the ground meat, leaving a free edge at the ends.
  • Sprinkle the oregano over the ham and cheese.
  • Carefully begin to roll the ground meat into a swiss roll. Use aluminum foil to help form the roulade.
  • Place the roulade on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
  • Drizzle the top of the roulade with a little more olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
