Ingredients

100 grams of sugar

1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of mimoso cornmeal

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Water to moisten the cornmeal
Preparation mode
- Melt the butter or margarine in a pan, add the cornmeal and mix.
- Add water little by little to moisten the cornmeal and continue mixing for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan and wait 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar, mix well to homogenize and the sweaty cornmeal is ready.
