Ingredients

3 eggs

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 cups (tea) cornstarch

1 cup (tea) sugar

1/4 cup of milk

1/2 teaspoon cake yeast

Vanilla essence to taste and optional
Preparation mode
- In a mixer add the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and beat for about 4 minutes.
- Gradually add the cornstarch while mixing the ingredients with the whisk.
- When the dough becomes heavier, add the milk and continue mixing well.
- Add the vanilla essence, yeast and mix until homogenized.
- Pour the dough into an English cake pan greased with butter or margarine and flour.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding it and it is ready to serve.
