Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
Although normally consumed cold, overnight oats can also be consumed warm and are just as delicious!
Ingredients

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup of 200ml rolled oats

1 cup of 200ml soy milk

1 very ripe banana

1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode
- Place the oats, chia, cocoa powder, salt in a container and mix well.
- Add the mashed banana, soy milk and mix again.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Serve the overnight oats chilled or, if you prefer, heat them up and eat them hot.
