  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 glass of 300g of mimoso cornmeal + 1 shallow glass of cornmeal

  • 1 capful of chemical yeast

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 50g parmesan cheese

  • 200g sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation mode

  • In a container add the eggs, sugar, butter and mix very well with a whisk.
  • Add the cornmeal, salt, cream and mix again. Add the grated cheese and mix more.
  • Add the yeast, mix until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased pan sprinkled with cornmeal.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
  • After cooling to room temperature, the cornmeal cake can be unmolded and served.
