6 bananas

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 tablespoon cake yeast

1 cup (tea) sugar

1 cup of milk (tea)
Preparation mode
- Place 1 cup of sugar in a mold, place over low heat and wait for it to melt.
- Add the water and heat until the sugar melts again and forms a caramelized syrup. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a container add the eggs, 1 cup of sugar, butter or margarine and mix well.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and milk little by little, alternating both while mixing.
- Add the yeast and mix well until it dissolves and the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Cut the bananas in half from one end to the other and place them next to each other in the caramelized pan.
- Pour the dough on top, spread it well with a spoon and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for around 30 to 35 minutes.
- Wait for the banana pie to cool before unmolding it and it is ready to eat.
