Ingredients

2 onions

2 tablespoons of salt

1 finger pepper

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/4 cup (tea) vinegar

1/4 cup (tea) olive oil

Black pepper to taste

Preparation mode
- Peel the onions, remove the ends and cut them into very thin slices.
- Place the slices in a container with water and salt and leave to soak for 40 minutes.
- Drain the water from the sauce and dry the slices well with paper towels.
- Cut the pepper in half, remove all the seeds and chop it into small pieces.
- Add the onion slices, chopped pepper and chopped green chilli in a container.
- Add black pepper, salt, oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Mix well and the onion salad is ready to eat.
