  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

  • 200g sliced ​​mushrooms (optional)

  • 1 can of cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • White rice to accompany

Preparation mode

  • Cut the meat into thin strips.
  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden.
