Schools in northwest China’s Qinghai Province resumed in-person teaching this week, according to the provincial education department.

An earthquake hit Jishishan, in Gansu Province, on December 18, leaving more than 150 people dead in the region.

According to authorities, students are attending classes in schools or temporary resettlement facilities, equipped with the necessary facilities.
