Preparation mode

  • Place the eggs, oil, water, salt and chopped or grated mozzarella in a blender.
  • Beat for 2 minutes, add the sour starch and beat again until homogenized.
  • Pour the mixture into a pan greased with butter, margarine or oil.
  • Sprinkle grated mozzarella to taste over the entire dough.
  • Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°₢.
