Mixture Ingredients

300ml hot water

200ml coconut milk

50 grams of grated coconut

2 boxes of pineapple gelatin

1 box of condensed milk

1 small box of cream
- Syrup Ingredients

1/4 cup (tea) of water

1 cup (tea) sugar
Preparation mode
- In a pan over low heat, add the sugar and wait for it to melt on the sides.
- Stir the sugar constantly until it completely melts and caramelizes.
- Add the water and stir well until it melts again. Transfer to a pudding mold and spread well.
- In the blender, add the hot water, gelatin and blend very well.
- Add the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and beat for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the caramelized mold and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Gently run a knife along the sides of the pudding, remove the mold and it is ready to serve.
