Mixture Ingredients

  • 300ml hot water

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 2 boxes of pineapple gelatin

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 small box of cream

  • Syrup Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (tea) of water

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

Preparation mode

  • In a pan over low heat, add the sugar and wait for it to melt on the sides.
  • Stir the sugar constantly until it completely melts and caramelizes.
  • Add the water and stir well until it melts again. Transfer to a pudding mold and spread well.
  • In the blender, add the hot water, gelatin and blend very well.
  • Add the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to the caramelized mold and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  • Gently run a knife along the sides of the pudding, remove the mold and it is ready to serve.
