  • 1 tablespoon chia

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

  • Vanilla essence to taste

Preparation mode

  • Add the oats, chia and cinnamon powder to a container and mix. Add the milk and mix again.
  • Cover and leave to hydrate in the fridge for a few hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Mix well and the dormant oats are ready to be served plain or with your favorite accompaniment.
