1 cup of milk (tea)

1 cup of rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Preparation mode
- Add the oats, chia and cinnamon powder to a container and mix. Add the milk and mix again.
- Cover and leave to hydrate in the fridge for a few hours, or preferably overnight.
- Mix well and the dormant oats are ready to be served plain or with your favorite accompaniment.
