To make this oven omelette, just beat the eggs with the filling, put it in the oven and it’s ready!


  • 5 whole eggs

  • 1/2 can of corn

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1/2 grated carrot

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 cup olives

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese

  • 200 grams of ham

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Chives to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper and oregano to taste. Mix with a whisk.
  • Add the grated carrot, chopped onion, drained corn, olives, chives, mozzarella cheese and chopped ham.
  • Mix the ingredients well. Add the wheat flour and mix again very well until homogenized.
  • Transfer the dough to a refractory greased with a drizzle of olive oil and then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
