Here is a simple Ninho milk filling recipe:
Ingredients

1 can (395g) of condensed milk

3 tablespoons of Ninho powdered milk

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/2 cup heavy cream (whey-free)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Preparation mode
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, Ninho powdered milk and unsalted butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Continue stirring until the mixture begins to come away from the bottom of the pan and reaches a creamy consistency. This process may take a few minutes, be patient.
- When the filling has a thicker and creamier texture, add the cream and vanilla essence (if using). Mix well until everything is incorporated.
- Cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, so that the cream gains a homogeneous texture and reaches the desired point.
- Turn off the heat and let the filling cool completely before using it.
