With a delicious result, the mug cake with almond flour is a source of fiber and flavor!

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 ovo

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon of cow’s milk or almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of oil, extra virgin olive oil or butter

  • 1 tablespoon of organic carob

  • 1 tablespoon of raisins

  • 1 teaspoon of amaranth

  • 1 pinch of chemical yeast

  • 80 grams of melted chocolate

Preparation mode

  • In a mug add the egg, sugar, oil, milk and mix well.
  • Add the almond flour, amaranth, carob, raisins and mix again.
  • Add the yeast and mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • Wait for the cupcake to cool to room temperature and turn it out onto a plate.
