This mango mousse provides an elegant, easy and delicious dessert!


  • 650g of mangoes

  • 5 tablespoons of water (75ml)

  • 1 box of cream (200g)

  • 1 box of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin (12g)

  • 1 cup (tea) of water (240ml)

  • Decoration to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a container, place 5 tablespoons of water, the unflavored gelatin and mix well.
  • Let it hydrate for 3 minutes, melt the gelatin in the microwave or in a bain-marie and set aside.
  • Add the cream, condensed milk, chopped mango and 1 cup of water to the blender.
  • Add the gelatin, beat until homogenized and transfer the mixture to a refractory dish.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is very firm.
  • Decorate the mango mousse however you prefer and it is ready to serve.
