The flavor of this lemon pavé is simply addictive!


  • Cornstarch cookies

  • Juice of 3 lemons (140ml)

  • 2 boxes of cream (400g)

  • 1 box of condensed milk (395g)

  • Whiskeys to taste for finishing (optional)

  • Lemon zest to taste for finishing (optional)

Preparation mode

  • In a blender, place the lemon juice, condensed milk, cream and blend until smooth.
  • Make a thin layer of cream on a plate and then another layer of cornstarch biscuits moistened with lemon juice.
  • Repeat the process of making a layer of cream and another of cookies until you use everything, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Cover the dessert and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Finish by adding meringues and lemon zest to taste on top and the lemon pavé is ready.
