Learn how to make a very easy-to-prepare lemon pavé that is super creamy and tasty!
The flavor of this lemon pavé is simply addictive!
Juice of 3 lemons (140ml)
2 boxes of cream (400g)
1 box of condensed milk (395g)
Whiskeys to taste for finishing (optional)
Lemon zest to taste for finishing (optional)
- In a blender, place the lemon juice, condensed milk, cream and blend until smooth.
- Make a thin layer of cream on a plate and then another layer of cornstarch biscuits moistened with lemon juice.
- Repeat the process of making a layer of cream and another of cookies until you use everything, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Cover the dessert and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Finish by adding meringues and lemon zest to taste on top and the lemon pavé is ready.
