To prepare your cake in the airfryer you will use the ingredients below and follow the instructions.
Ingredients

1 cup of wheat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

A bit of salt

1 ovo

1/2 cup of milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation mode
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C for 5 minutes.
- While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the cake batter. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Grease a pan that is suitable for an air fryer with oil or butter and pour the cake batter into it.
- Place the mold with the dough in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 160°C in the air fryer for around 25-30 minutes. Check after 25 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready; otherwise, continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- When the cake is ready, remove the pan from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
- If desired, you can add toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate ganache, fresh fruit, or any other topping you prefer.
