2 cups of sugar (tea)

3 cups of milk (tea)

1 cup cornmeal (tea)

3 tablespoons of wheat flour

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 tablespoon of baking powder

Grated parmesan cheese to taste (optional)
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a medium pan with butter and wheat flour.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk, cornmeal, wheat flour and butter for about 3 minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the baking powder to the mixture and beat quickly just to incorporate it.
- Pour the dough into the greased pan and, if desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, or until the cake is golden and firm to the touch.
- After baking, let the cake cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
