Creamy Chicken Pate
The creaminess, flavor and practicality of this creamy chicken pâté are easy to win over!
400 grams of cooked and shredded chicken
4 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 sachet of meat seasoning
1 level tablespoon of saffron
Olives to taste
1 small onion
1 grated carrot
Olive oil to taste
Corn to taste
Salt to taste
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan, the chopped onion and sauté until lightly wilted, stirring well.
- Add the cooked and shredded chicken, mix well and add the saffron to taste, the meat seasoning and mix again.
- Add the grated carrot, corn and chopped olives to taste. Mix well until homogenized.
- Add salt to taste and mix well, transfer everything to a container and wait for it to cool at room temperature.
- Add the mayonnaise, mix until incorporated into the ingredients and the chicken pâté is ready to eat.
