Ingredients

3 whole eggs

1 glass of 300g of mimoso cornmeal + 1 shallow glass of cornmeal

1 capful of chemical yeast

2 boxes of cream

3 tablespoons of butter

50g parmesan cheese

200g sugar

1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode
- In a container add the eggs, sugar, butter and mix very well with a whisk.
- Add the cornmeal, salt, cream and mix again. Add the grated cheese and mix more.
- Add the yeast, mix until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased pan sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- After cooling to room temperature, the cornmeal cake can be unmolded and served.
