Preparation mode
- Place the drained chickpeas in the blender and reserve the canned water.
- Add the chopped green chilli, 2 tablespoons of the pickling water, the lemon juice, the olive oil and the chopped garlic.
- Cover the appliance, blend until the ingredients form a homogeneous paste and transfer to a container.
- Add the seasonings to taste and a pinch of salt, beat again to mix and the chickpea pâté is ready.
