Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of canned water

  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • Seasonings to taste (cumin, paprika, pepper, etc.)

  • Chopped green flavor to taste

  • 120 ml of olive oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation mode

  • Place the drained chickpeas in the blender and reserve the canned water.
  • Add the chopped green chilli, 2 tablespoons of the pickling water, the lemon juice, the olive oil and the chopped garlic.
