Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 American cup of oil

  • 1 American cup of sugar

  • 2 American glasses of milk

  • 2 American cups of corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 pack of 50g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation mode

  • In a blender add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar, grated parmesan cheese and beat well.
  • Add the corn flour and beat again. Add the yeast and mix well with the blender turned off.
  • Pour the dough into a central hole mold greased with butter or margarine.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
  • Let the cake cool to room temperature before unmolding and it is ready to serve.
