Preparation mode
- In a blender add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar, grated parmesan cheese and beat well.
- Add the corn flour and beat again. Add the yeast and mix well with the blender turned off.
- Pour the dough into a central hole mold greased with butter or margarine.
- Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
