  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)

  • A bit of salt

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin with butter and flour.
  • Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a blender.
  • Add the eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, wheat flour, ground cinnamon (if using) and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
  • Add the baking powder to the dough and mix quickly with a spoon or by pulsing the blender a few times to incorporate the yeast.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for around 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
