Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Start the day or enhance your afternoon snack with apple and cinnamon overnight oats for a light, healthy and delicious meal!

Apple Puree Ingredients

  • 50 ml of water

  • 1/2 apple

  • Overnight Oats Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1 cup of 200 ml rolled oats

  • 1 cup of 200 ml of soy milk or other

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

  • 1 medium apple, chopped (without the core)

  • Vanilla essence to taste (optional)

  • Peanut butter to taste (optional)

Preparation mode

  • In a pan add 1/2 apple and water, bring to the boil and let it cook. Mash with a fork or blend in a blender.
  • Place the oats, chia, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, milk, vanilla essence in a container and stir well.
  • Add the apple puree and mix. Add the chopped apple and mix until homogenized.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, refrigerate and leave overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  • Finish by adding peanut butter to taste and optional and the recipe is ready to serve.
