Regarding promoting high-quality development, the document includes specific items, such as the bill to promote the private economy. It also aims to establish regulations on fair competition review, and review regulations regarding the payment of funds to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
On strengthening government improvement, it includes specific items such as the draft amendment to the Statistics Law and the revision of rules on the filing of laws and regulations.
The document also stipulates a legislative plan in 2024 to improve the people’s well-being, promote green development, improve a law-based national security system and strengthen the rule of law in foreign relations, among other aspects.
