Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

1/2 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice (it can be the natural juice or sifted passion fruit pulp)

1 tablespoon of butter

100 g of chopped white chocolate (optional, to make the texture more creamy and delicate flavor)

Sugar or white chocolate shavings to curl
Preparation mode
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, passion fruit juice and butter. If you use white chocolate, add it too.
- Bring the pan to medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to unglued from the bottom of the pan. This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer the brigadeiro to a butter -greased plate. Let cool completely.
- With greased hands, make small balls and pass them on sugar or white chocolate shavings to finish.
- Put the brigadeiros in pans and serve.
