It’s so easy to prepare this giant blender cheese bread that you won’t believe it!
Ingredients

3 eggs

3 cups of tapioca starch (half sour and half sweet)

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup (tea) of oil

1/2 cup (tea) milk
Preparation mode
- Add the eggs, oil, milk, salt to the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a container, add the tapioca starch and mix very well.
- Add the grated mozzarella, mix to homogenize and pour into a greased pan.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Unmold the cheese bread after it has cooled a little and it is ready to serve.
