  • Pudding
  • 1 cup granulated tapioca

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • Hot
  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation mode

  • Leave the tapioca to soak in the milk for about 2 hours or until it is soft.
  • In a pan, mix the sugar and water.
  • Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until you obtain a golden syrup.
  • Pour the syrup into a pudding mold, spreading it along the bottom and sides of the mold. Reserve.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a blender, beat the hydrated tapioca with milk, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla essence until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour this mixture into the caramelized mold.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
  • Let it cool before unmolding.
  • Run a knife around the pudding to loosen the sides.
  • Place a serving plate over the pan and turn once, letting the pudding slide onto the plate.
  • Serve the tapioca pudding chilled and enjoy!
