1 cup granulated tapioca

2 cups of milk

1 can of condensed milk

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of water
Preparation mode
- Leave the tapioca to soak in the milk for about 2 hours or until it is soft.
- In a pan, mix the sugar and water.
- Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until you obtain a golden syrup.
- Pour the syrup into a pudding mold, spreading it along the bottom and sides of the mold. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a blender, beat the hydrated tapioca with milk, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla essence until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour this mixture into the caramelized mold.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
- Let it cool before unmolding.
- Run a knife around the pudding to loosen the sides.
- Place a serving plate over the pan and turn once, letting the pudding slide onto the plate.
- Serve the tapioca pudding chilled and enjoy!
