  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 cups of cassava starch

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 40 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 60 ml of oil

Preparation mode

  • In a container, place the eggs, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, oil, milk, tapioca starch and mix well.
  • Add the cornstarch and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix again until homogenized.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for around 35 minutes.
  • When the starch bread has cooled to room temperature, it is ready to be unmolded and served.
