With an irresistibly fluffy dough, this cassava bread is an easy and delicious option for your mornings or afternoons!
3 whole eggs
2 cups of cassava starch
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon of baking powder
40 grams of grated parmesan cheese
60 ml of oil
- In a container, place the eggs, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, oil, milk, tapioca starch and mix well.
- Add the cornstarch and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix again until homogenized.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for around 35 minutes.
- When the starch bread has cooled to room temperature, it is ready to be unmolded and served.
