Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cornmeal

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 200g guava paste in pieces

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan with butter and sprinkle with cornmeal.
