2 cups of cornmeal

3 eggs

200g guava paste in pieces
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round pan with butter and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and oil. Mix well.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
