Sour Tapioca Biscuit

Ingredients

500g sour cassava starch

1 cup (tea) of vegetable oil

1 cup (tea) of milk

1/2 cup (tea) of water

1 tablespoon of salt

3 eggs
Preparation mode
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the sour cassava starch in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat the oil, milk, water and salt until it starts to boil.
- Pour the hot mixture over the cassava starch, stirring well with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
- Let the dough cool a little so you can handle it with your hands.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Place the dough in a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip cut off.
- Shape the cookies into “S,” “O” or stick shapes directly on a baking sheet. There is no need to grease the baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and dry.
- Remove cookies from oven and let cool completely on baking sheet before serving.
