  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 ovo

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation mode

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar (if using).
  • In another bowl, beat the egg and add the milk and oil. Mix well.
