Ingredients

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

1 and 1/2 cups (tea) sugar

1 cup of milk (tea)

3 eggs

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a medium pan with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour. Book.
- In a large bowl, sift the wheat flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter (or margarine) with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add milk to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix until the dough is homogeneous, but avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, unmold and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
