  • 4 salmon fillets (approximately 150g each)

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Preparation mode

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried dill.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or lightly greased with olive oil.
  • Pour the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are completely covered.
  • If desired, place a few lemon slices on the fillets to add an extra touch of flavor and decoration.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and can be easily flaked with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot, accompanied by roasted vegetables, rice, or to your liking.
