The crispy crust of this chicken baked in mayonnaise makes the recipe even tastier!


  • 2 kilos of chicken thighs

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 sachet of meat seasoning

  • 1 level tablespoon of saffron

  • 3 crushed garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  • Season the chicken thighs with the crushed garlic, saffron, meat seasoning and salt to taste.
  • Mix to spread the seasonings over the chicken, add the mayonnaise and mix again very well.
  • Place the thighs in a roasting pan, skin side up, next to each other.
