Roast Chicken in Mayonnaise
The crispy crust of this chicken baked in mayonnaise makes the recipe even tastier!
2 kilos of chicken thighs
4 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 sachet of meat seasoning
1 level tablespoon of saffron
3 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
- Season the chicken thighs with the crushed garlic, saffron, meat seasoning and salt to taste.
- Mix to spread the seasonings over the chicken, add the mayonnaise and mix again very well.
- Place the thighs in a roasting pan, skin side up, next to each other.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately an hour and a half.
- Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and the roasted chicken with mayonnaise is ready to serve.
