With a delicious flavor, Ninho Milk mousse also has an irresistible texture!


  • 350 ml of milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 package of unflavored gelatin

  • 2 cups of Ninho Milk/powdered milk

  • White chocolate shavings to taste (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Dissolve the colorless gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water, melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 20 seconds and set aside.
  • Place the milk, condensed milk, cream, Leite Ninho/milk powder, gelatin in a blender and blend for 4 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a dish or jars and leave the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
  • Finish by placing white chocolate shavings on top of the mousse and the dessert is ready to serve.
