Pi network (pi) Developers, Bybit CEO Ben Zhou’s recent statements on the legitimacy of the Pi project issued a public declaration.
The answer came after Zhou claimed that Pi would never be listed in Bybit; This statement was fueled by social media debates and misinformation allegations.
According to Pi Network, the debate began with a social media user who has nothing to do with Zhou’s reaction. Pi Network argues that online debates can sometimes lead to misunderstandings and try to provide accurate information about the situation.
An important point in Pi’s statement was that they made a short warning by a local police department in China. The warning was reported to be for malicious people who claim to be wrongly linked to Pi. Developers, Pi Network’s police warning did not engage in any activity and the law enforcement officers have not been contacted by them.
Pi clearly stated that there is no relationship between platforms and Bybit or CEO Ben Zhou. They also announced that they were not required to complete the Know Your Business (KYB) validation for Bybit. Claiming that their projects were legitimate, Pi Network claimed its six -year development history and its community of more than 60 million relevant users.
Developers also mentioned the social media account that was reported to have attacked Zhou, neither Pi Network nor any of the platforms are responsible for these comments, he said. They condemned the relevant people and once again confirmed that Pi Network’s Bybit or CEO did not make any explanation on social media or elsewhere.
Despite the criticism of Pi Network, the team maintained the neutrality position about Bybit and Zhou. “For this purpose, except for the comments mentioned in this article, Pi Network, despite the comments made about Pi, Bybit, Mr. Zhou or has not made any comments about their work and maintains the position of not doing,” the statement said.
However, there are allegations about Pi that there is a pyramid scheme. Bybit CEO Ben Zhou, said in a statement that Pi Network was a fraud.
