You can quickly prepare this panettone pie with chocolate cream that wins everyone over with its flavor and creaminess!


  • 1/2 panettone

  • 350 ml of milk

  • 100 grams of powdered milk

  • 100 grams of white chocolate

  • 100 grams of condensed milk

  • 100 grams of cream or cream

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch

  • M&Ms, grated chocolate or fruit to decorate

Preparation mode

  • In a pan off the heat add the milk, cornstarch and stir until dissolved. Add the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk and stir again.
  • Place over high heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the white chocolate, stir until it melts and reserve the cream in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
  • Cut the panettone into medium slices and then into a rectangular piece.
  • Spread some of the cream in a refractory and then layer it with pieces of panettone.
