Make a paçoca cake using the ingredients below, following the preparation instructions.
Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup of milk

2 cups of wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

10 crumbled paçocas (approximately 200g)

Whole paçocas to decorate (optional)
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil and milk to the egg and sugar mixture, and mix well.
- Sift the wheat flour and baking powder over the liquid mixture, and mix gently until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add the crumbled paçocas to the dough and mix until they are well distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for around 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before unmolding.
- If desired, decorate the cake with whole paçocas before serving.
