There’s no secret to preparing this oven-roasted pork rib!

Preparation mode

  • Make holes in the rib meat and place it in a container.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika and lemon juice to taste and spread well on both sides.
  • Leave to marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator and wrap the rib completely in aluminum foil.
  • Place in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 2 hours or for 4 hours if you want it to fall apart.
  • Carefully remove the rib from the aluminum foil, return it to the oven at 180°₢ and bake for another 50 minutes.
  • After the rib is golden and crispy on the outside, add lemon juice to taste on top and it is ready to be served.
