There’s no secret to preparing this oven-roasted pork rib!
Preparation mode
- Make holes in the rib meat and place it in a container.
- Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika and lemon juice to taste and spread well on both sides.
- Leave to marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator and wrap the rib completely in aluminum foil.
- Place in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 2 hours or for 4 hours if you want it to fall apart.
- Carefully remove the rib from the aluminum foil, return it to the oven at 180°₢ and bake for another 50 minutes.
- After the rib is golden and crispy on the outside, add lemon juice to taste on top and it is ready to be served.
